Philosopher of Food Aruna Handa

I am a philosopher working in the Good Food Sector. My company, Alimentary Initiatives, consults food enterprises, large and start-up on product development, distribution, waste management, special diets, food trends and on the local food sector itself. Alimentary also runs events for food entrepreneurs through our Professional Development program and additionally, we run the Future Food Salons, mixed media events that explore the foods we might be eating in the future. We conduct research both independently and for clients and occasionally we test our theories in pilot projects, the most recent being the Toronto Office Markets.
